Author, Speaker, Educator and Aviation EnthusiastI have been working with the Airports Authority of India for the past 28 years and have playeda vital role in the organization. I have worked as the Airport Director at Surat, Nagpur, Guwahati & Mumbai Airport and thereafter was posted as the General Manager (Corporate Planning & management services) at the Corporate Headquarters, New Delhi.These three decades spent with AAI have indeed been a great learning experience for me – professionally and personally. My years of experience has inspired me to share my knowledge and finally lean in to my inner calling. I have realized that I want to lead a life driven by the desire to serve, help and empower people, from all walks of life.Life has been a great teacher and proof that every New day is a New opportunity. Only, One Should Embrace It.In spite of my salt and pepper look, I remain open to learning each day and cherish every opportunity to share my knowledge. I inspire to help and enable as many individuals as possible. Having encountered several challenges professionally in the past and present, I aim to help business individuals glide through the Storms at Sea, especially through these uncertain Post-COVID times.My professional achievements through the COVID times include enhancing non-traffic revenue to overcome financial crisis and enhancing digital working at AAI Airports in view of COVID-19. I have also been able to double the revenue at Juhu Airport within just two years and was also able to resolve many important (long pending more than 5-15 years) Commercial, Land and HR issues.
