 Deployed at Vehicle Attribution and Technical Services (VATS) Department of Engineering Research Centre, TATA Motors Ltd.  Spearheading digital validation for consecutive development stages of ICE and electric vehicle programmes through 1D simulation analysis and correlating with field test results in the following projects:• Performance of Traction cooling system (TCS) and Battery Cooling system (BCS) in Medium & heavy commercial electric vehicles viz.: 28T Prima Tipper, 28T Prima RMC, 46T Prima Tractor, 55T Prima Trailer FCEV, Ultra E7, Double Decker EV bus, 9x9 EV bus, 4x12 EV bus, 4x12 FCEV bus, 9x12 EV Bus, Ace EV phase 1 & 2.• Performance of Powertrain Cooling System (PTC) in Medium & Heavy commercial ICE vehicles viz.: 35T LNG Prima Truck, Signa 48T Tipper, LPT 1215 Truck, LPT 1112 CX 4SP Truck, LPO 1512 Bus, LPO 1618 Bus, Yodha 2.2L CNG, Intra V50 and V30, • Validation of AC systems in passenger and commercial vehicles viz.: Nexon, Altroz, Intra EV, Ultra E9 Truck, Safari etc. Presently working on digital capability development for AC performance in Bus Cabins (using AMEsim software). Responsible for Developing 1D simulation model to analyse the thermal behaviour of E-axle for electric vehicles. Experienced in pre-processing of full vehicle CAD geometry using ANSA (Geometry Clean-up, CFD structured meshing, wrapping, etc.) Experienced in 3D CFD analysis for prediction of thermal & flow behaviour inside different Battery Pack and Battery modules with provided boundary conditions viz: Tigore and Nexon Battery Packs. Worked on Capability building for range prediction and cell temperature profile of Tigore and Nexon battery Model using 1D tool “Ansys Twin Builder” for various drive cycles. Skilled in Full Vehicle (under-hood) Thermal management including flow and thermal analysis of engine components e.g., Radiator, Condenser, CAC, Exhaust manifold, Turbocharger, Catalytic converter etc.
