CurrentDrive operational efficiency of Warehouse – Responsible for Booking/Transshipment/Delivery (Picking efficiency, Packing efficiency Bin Audits, Inventory Management, Oder Processing, Last mile Delivery, 3pl Logistics).Inward , Outward & Returns: FIFO/FEFO/LIFO/GRN/MRN/STN control, Implementing and conducting - Receipt of material, Quality Check, Receiving and stacking/storage protocols, Housekeeping & pest control, Food hygiene and safety protocols, Invoicing, Material selection and dispatch.Last Mile Delivery- Responsible for last mile Delivery and ensure timely and smooth deliveries.Customer Support: Order processing, Complaint resolution, Coordination activities with supply chain team, Handling crises and contingency situations, General query handling, ensuring smooth communication flow between the client and Fit 3 pl Warehousing.Manpower management: Leading operations team, Shift planning, Manpower motivation, coordination with team, Awareness among co-workers. Set individual goals for team members to align with department goals and motivate overall performance.Inventory Management & Control: Daily Conducting Audits like (Bin Location, Shelf Life Audits and Inventory Management), Control inventory levels and manage shrinkage effectively.Logistics and Distribution: Rendered total logistics and distribution support through scheduling of outbound movement of material in conjunction with inventory and order cycle planning. Vehicle tracking, Major activities included – Inbound vehicle planning, Coordinating and implementing logistics strategy in tandem plans/new store openings, devising store outbound delivery schedule, monitoring outbound routing to minimize freight.Reverse Logistics -Receiving Returns articles as per Returns Manifest And Delivery Challan.Reports Handled: MIS, Key performance indices, Sales report, Outbound billing, Purchase and sales Report stock ledger report, Processing operations report, Discrepancy report (Inbound, Outbound & Returns)
