I assisted in implementing various growth strategies, including finance planning, domestic and international client negotiation and acquisition, project coordination and delivery management, digital marketing, and overall management.I played a key role in conceptualizing the new parking module and successfully launched the minimum viable product (MVP) in our in-house ERP. I provided oversight for its end-to-end site deployment, incorporating revisions in key features without disrupting existing data and ensuring seamless and uninterrupted operations.I actively participated in and supervised the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process from inception. Collaborating with the team, I played a key role in conceptualizing ideas, ensuring proper documentation, obtaining UI/UX approvals from clients/Board, overseeing development and testing, and successfully launching minimum viable products (MVPs) for multiple products.
