Worked closely with a broad coalition of stakeholders. Directed operations and strategic messaging.Oversaw polling, direct mail, digital marketing, press releases, crisis communications, and all paid and earned media messaging.Developed and implemented non-partisan strategic messaging around key legislative issues.

Working with state senate leadership, oversaw operations focused on winning seats in the Colorado State Senate. Managed $1.2M statewide budget; advised and assisted candidates and elected officials on contentious policy issues and legislative priorities. Implemented strategic communications and community outreach for multiple campaigns across Colorado. Orchestrated positive media relations, building key relationships with Colorado media and opinion leaders. Transformed deficit fundraising practices into 120% increase over 4 years.

Contract role to conduct media development throughout Colorado. Designed Colorado-wide radio ads and social media campaigns. Served as organization’s lead to pass in-state tuition for undocumented students in Colorado. Defeated Amendment 46 and 48 to protect equal opportunity and women's reproductive justice.
