Through formal Kaizen improvement sessions, pitching solutions to key influencers and presenting to the teams involved in or impacted by the processes, I was able to design and entrench the Carrier Roll Out Plan (CROP) and EoL Ramp Down Plan processes. These processes supported scenarios such as Executives having a realistic understanding of how much NPI or EoL volume was likely to be booked in the current quarter, Sales & Marketing teams understanding launch timing for their specific customers, and Master Schedulers having clear instructions to promise against in the likely event that purchase orders exceeded available Supply.
