With a background in Psychology and Health Studies, I am a Real Time Analyst at G4S, where I use my analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and optimise the performance and efficiency of the operations. Since Feb 2021, I have been responsible for real-time data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication, as well as identifying and resolving issues that affect the service levels and adherence.I enjoy the challenge and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business and the customers, and I am always eager to learn and develop new skills. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Serco for six months, where I gained valuable experience in handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I am passionate about understanding human behaviour, motivation, and well-being, and I apply it to my work. I am also committed to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations, and I value collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I am currently working towards my CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification in People Management.
