In the addition of adopting field call visits to trace and allocate the customer•Update of all follow up actions taken on the system maintaining customer current details and the contacts for future follow-up.•Keep in touch with employer and guarantor or any third party to certain customer employment status.•Recommend skip, terminated and legal cases to concerned supervisor for future follow up actions.•Receiving walk in customers negotiating means of payment and collecting overdue amount in either cash of cheque. •Coordinating with operations team of the client.•Ensuring assigned targets are achieved and carryout any assignment giving by supervisor.
