Having running my family business while also studying to get my degree has made me achieve strict deadlines and allowed to work under pressure. I chose this field because It provides the academic knowledge and skills to pursue global career opportunities and helps you develop a broad understanding of businesses and specific areas such as finance and human resources. Previously I worked in my family business which is a retail supermarket as a sales and account assistant. I have spent the past 4 years working within the business. I successfully manage the day-to-day function of the business including managing staffs, checking deliveries, looking for new products to gain sales, dealing with business takings and providing a great a customer service on the checkout and many more. Also, I have experience in bookkeeping and payroll. I have used all the accounting software’s such Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
