1. Develop plans for the development and retention of Human Resources. 2. Conduct the Performance Appraisal process annually for all functions.3. Follow UP The EES (Employee Engagement Survey) Results & Action Plans & get sure the action plan is covering all the survey outputs.14. Spreads the spirit of creativity and innovation at the site through suggestions program by encouraging the best suggestions.15. Ensures effective evaluation systems (Performance Appraisal) and its compliance with group policy. 16. Makes sure to respond to all complains of colleagues in a timely manner. 17. Works to develop an annual work plan for human resources and reviews their implementation. 18. Deals personally with colleagues of low performance and develops a plan to terminate the contract if needed.19.
