Successfully arranged the MTL for acquisitions of the group for SR100 millions at the highly competitive rates and expanded the relationship with additional banks in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Proactively contributed in achieving operational and financial objectives, identifying deficiencies & potential opportunities, developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness and increasing profitability.Key Responsibilities: Proficiently maintaining bank facilities, negotiations, allocation of facilities to group companies and compliance in addition to managing long term and short term financial strategies to ensure the alignment with the group growth plans. Actively arranging Medium term loans for Alturki group expansions, acquisitions and new investments opportunities to enhance the company’s financial sustainability and growth. Efficiently setting up the Insurance renewals policies for the group in coordination with Marsh consultants in adherence to company laws and regulations. Responsible for developing Alturki Group monthly financial reporting and analysis for Group Companies comprises of Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and Associated Companies to ascertain and safeguard the company’s most risky assets. Regulating IRS, treasury products and MTL for business expansions and acquisitions with strong negotiations in addition to negotiating with banks and financial institutions for availing Medium Term Loans.
