Senior Power Plant Operation Engineer
CurrentJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitoring and control of all plant and equipment on a continuous basis via T300.• Responding to alarms by taking appropriate the actions in a timely manner.• Execute plant shutdown and start-up procedures as required within the allocated timeframe.• Follow processes and procedures to enable efficient plant operation, including utilization of technical documentation and drawings.• Responding to emergency situations• Utilize computerized Plant Management System WebBFS for Shift Log, Fault Notification, Work Order and Work Plan Module, Parts Requisition.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Efficient and reliable operation the following CCPP systems: o Siemens Gas Turbines (SGT5-8000H) including all its auxiliary systems. o Siemens Hydrogen Cooled Generator (SGEN5-2000H) including all its auxiliary systems.o Siemens Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) o Siemens Steam Turbines (SST5-5000) including all its auxiliary systems. o Balance of plant (BOP) systemso Natural gas compressors stationo Nitrogen plant generationo Hydrogen plant generationo 500kv GIS Substationo Air compressor stationo Medium voltage switchgears+ o Low voltage switchgears o Power transformers• Became familiar with Siemens policies and attitudes.• Attended many training courses regarding Environmental health and safety standards.• Skilled in the use of plant management system (BFS) and Siemens Power Plant Application (SPPA-T3000).• Participated on overall power plant outage and executed electrical, mechanical isolation and normalization.
