Job Duties : • Screening CVs, conducting interviews and creating short list of potential candidates for junior levels, previously agreed on with the direct manager - (previously agreed on with the Direct Manager) – Aligning with the recruitment policy.• Develop updated database for Applicants/Candidates.• Prepare for each candidate, including his application, vacancy request signed, and his offer signed Contact each candidate in order to bring his required papers.• Once all papers are completed; new employee should sign his contract.• Communicating to all other responsible employees about the hiring of the new employee.• Communicate entitled office facilities to newly hired employees• Generates Reports related to recruitment department performance & turnover ratios.• Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.• Implementing Performance Management System (PMS) in the company.• Doing personnel tasks , finishing labor papers at the governmental facilities.
