1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and other NGOs; produce all kinds of contract-related documents. 2. Support the NGO to develop and implement program plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and donor requirements. Support program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure program goals are met.3. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, establish monitoring, auditing and reporting systems, as needed for ACE and its sister concerns. Manage and support all leases, employment contracts, service contracts, partner agreements, and other relevant contracts/agreements to ensure compliance with CRS policies and local laws/regulations. 4. Coordinate the distribution of responsibilities amongst team members and organize monitoring and tracking system of all components of the project.
