Discovery Education is currently supporting the MoE of Egypt with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Education 2.0 initiatives* Leading the projects delivery and implementation on ground, my primary focus is yearly enhancing EKB educational content, curriculum advisory, and professional development.* Leading a cross disciplinary team of educators, operations, and community engagement experts to ensure the delivery of partnership 3 strands.* Responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring of education 2.0 professional development program for 105K educators across Egypt.* Successfully expanded the operation unit covering delivery logistics across Egypt’s 288 Idaras & 55K Schools. * Enrolling 320 admin facilitators from each district and governorate to act as project management officers facilitating PD within their districts.* Initiated the establishment for DE curriculum academy, launched 2018 to provide curriculum consultation, build CCIMD curriculum experts & MOE consultants’ capacities, transfer to CCIMD international experiences, establish a coherence curriculum model & cascade DECA outcome and philosophies.* Co-conceptualized building and providing an innovative game-based platform (PLJ) that holds edu2.0 objectives framework to complement the formal training as a tool capturing the experiential learning and community building.* Proposed and gained buy-in for delivery of secondary stage educators’ professional development enhancing teacher’s utilization of instructional strategies to foster 21st century learning and transforming the learning into a meaningful thought-provoking experience.* Facilitating all on ground production activities for complementing content with localized digital learning objects.* Managing the localization process of edu 2.0 content including teacher guides and students’ books KG1-P4.
