I'm a Customer Support Specialist with a focus in Onboarding & Integrations for Discovery Education. I thrive in an environment that allows me to continuously learn new skillsets while simultaneously improving my existing skillsets. My days are spent coordinating and executing the onboarding process for both Reading Plus and Park customers looking to automate their rostering and account management processes. In between my day-to-day tasks I provide technical support for customers who have questions or issues with their integration, develop and give trainings to colleagues, develop and manage custom filters for our integrated customers, process syncs and class activations for Dreambox Math, amongst other tasks as assigned.
