With the team, peers, and providers, the role is responsible for the delivery and operations of high-performance, high-availability networking solution. The Unified Communication Analyst's role is to participate in the planning, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of the wide area and local area networks, WLAN, physical and network security, and Voice and Video infrastructures. This includes actively resolving escalated end user help requests within established SLAs, vendor management, proposing and performing changes to reduce incidents and stabilize the environment and documenting, training and contributing to process improvement. Providing technical and business personnel through staff supplementation and project engagements.
