CurrentProcessing Trade settlements on US market timings and delivering trades on RAD at DTCC working hours, raising discrepancies with clients and Middle Office regarding unsettled trades and to get them settled on RAD.▪ Trades with ZERO day and ONE day fails are been monitored at hourly basis and informing Client and Sales Associate through mail and other mode of communication.▪ Working on DTCC trade settlements on different products like Bonds, Muni Bonds, Fixed Income, Equity, Agency, MMKT and Other…etc.▪ On time escalation done to clients and Sales Associates on missing trades where the contra did not approve on RAD and getting the approved and settled within the time frame.▪ Maintaining Debit capital and releasing pledge with processing funding activity.▪ Processing SPO’s (Security Payment Order) and Night receipts and deliveries on time and getting the settled-on RAD.▪ Trades with short position and releasing shares from CNS and Pledge also maintaining the cash records on client accounting.▪ Relatively working on maintaining client and Contra relation and acting as bridge between companysales associate and Middle Office Operations in turn to timely trade settlements and all corresponding settlements functions along with requesting borrow, and closely move on with BuyIns Trade caps and Pair-off and Round-off settlements.▪ Working on various application like Fail control, GUI, Global Maintenance, Mercer, Reflection, DTCCFlatform, Trade Impact, etc…▪ Close monitoring on Mail box and effective responding and chase ups on counterparties.
