Established Muval’s Design and Product team and spearheaded initiatives to strengthen the customer experience and deliver user-centred outcomes. This involved the design of the customer facing booking system, CRM, driving the company’s brand uplift, setting quality benchmarks, UX design standards and improved communications. I also built out foundational documentation, design systems and artefacts to support the product team and business goals.

Mawson is an AI venture studio investing in the futures of Deep Learning entrepreneurs. During my time with Mawson, I built strategies and delivered designs to support the core business and portfolio company goals:• 5 month Lead for Vaux, managing investor relationships and a team of machine learning engineers. Conducted research, designed and delivered product demos and prototypes, securing confidence and preserving investment.• I recruited and led the Splash design and animation team of six, managing day-to-day operations and team development. I contributed to the design and delivery of the metaverse game, Splash; offering immersive experiences, themed venues with celebrity guests including Tones and I and Benee, reaching 150k users in less than 2 weeks and 80M+ within a year.• In preparation for demo day, I joined Delta AI at the 2020 Techstars Accelerator in LA, supporting research and strategy.
