I'm a cashier for the arcade, cashier for the concession stand, including laser tag, and for bowling. I would clean and sanitize the bowling balls, shoes, ramps, chairs and tables before seating customers. Helping customers with their needs and repair bowling lanes if it malfunctions. Must be a team player and help others. I would occasionally close at night, which we would have side jobs to finish before closing. We would take out all of the trash, make sure everything is sanitized, all power is shut off, vest are sanitized and lights are off in laser tag, vacuumed, rebag trash cans, bowling balls are put back in their racks, lights and TVs are shut off.

Restocking supplies and food, including butter bowls, sides for the potatoes, etc. for servers and to go employees, cleaning food trays, stations in the kitchen and wait stations for servers.

The job titles were to answering phone calls to either help answer questions or direct the people either to the manager, to go employees, gift shop, or to our coordinator. Also to seat guest to their designated tables or find a different table to their liking, set up tables for big parties, take reservations in for IPC members, clean restrooms and restock supplies, sweep around the restaurant, clean menus, take out trash, and wear masks at all times.

My duties included customer relations, maintaining customer files, being an assistant to the human resources, an assistant to the accountant, direct customer messages to the appropriate department personnel, in addition to providing information to resolve inquiries and bolster customer satisfaction. Maintain and strengthen relationships through phone calls and maintained spreadsheets using Excel to calculate develop reports and lists, processed and tracked employee timesheets, submitting to the accounting department for payroll process, facilitating timely and accurate payments. Updating certificates, warranties for customers, and rental equipment. Controlled and managed document processes by reviewing files, records, critical information to confirm accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. I would also track expenses and documents recorded into Quickbooks, as well as enter invoice data into the system, update details, including customer contacts and delivery dates to keep information current. Maintaining attendance records, taking note of staff vacation time, sick days and personal days. Coordinating project materials, including managing physical and digital files, monitoring spreadsheets and updating reports.
