For as long as I can remember, helping people in any shape or form has been my #1 driver. I'm Ashton Menezes and I'm a UX UI designer with a passion for accessibility and inclusivity.Expressing myself creatively has always been a trait of second nature. Having a bachelor degree in Marketing, I was fortunate enough to work in the field straight out of University. While studying, I was always in a customer service role and realised that I was a true empath. I enjoyed solving problems and listening to people and was always able to initiate a conversation having met them for the first. These conversations led to loyal customers and ultimately friends that would pop past to say.....Hi!. My customer service journey taught me that I was exceptional in listening, communicating, empathising and problem solving and I wanted to take my skills a step further. Now, I'm a qualified UX UI designer that applies a human centric approach to my research and design to find solutions for business's but with the user at heart. I want to further my career in the accessibility and inclusivity space as I believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to have the best quality of life without any limitations.When I'm not problem solving, I'm dabbling in art, music and woodwork. Family is my top priority and without them, I wouldn't be where I stand today.
