With a wealth of experience in the realm of land planning, I have successfully undertaken design projects for diverse land uses, including residential, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use/placemaking developments.My proficiency extends to the facilitation and adept management of intricate zoning and entitlement cases across various municipalities within the State of Texas. I have experience in project management, presenting to various members of communities, proposals and project budgeting, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
