Our expertise spans culture, change, leadership, organisational strategy, assessment, engagement, performance, global mobility, stakeholder and community engagement, and inclusion and diversity across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.Key Duties: • Lead, support, and evaluate change management capability and build organisation wide initiatives;• Lead culture-shaping, employee engagement and transformation initiatives and actions across organisations;• Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development and capability programs through key events, workshops, and forums;• Design, implement and evaluate I&D initiatives and programs for companies and industry, including but not limited to mentoring programs, training and leadership coaching programs; • Conduct research of physical work environments, organisational structures, communication systems, group interactions, morale, or motivation to assess organisational functioning and inform business strategy;• Analyse and evaluate information and results to identify and implement best-practice solutions, and solve organisational problems;• Conduct workforce/job analysis techniques in accordance with best-practice principles for application and utilisation in organisations;• Develop psychometric tools in accordance with best-practice principles; • Educate organisations (e.g., executive, senior leaders, human resources) regarding the application of psychological principles for business;• Research and evaluate organisational requirements using needs analysis, research strategies, including the communication of research findings to non-psychologists in an organisational setting.
