The Pride Professionals LGBTQ+ Mentoring Program is the first of its kind in Western Australia and was created in response to an identified demand to provide formal mentoring for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or LGBTQ+ ally early career professionals working in diverse and inclusive industries.

The LGBTQ+ Mentoring Program aims to develop a structured, sustainable mentoring process that supports lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or LGBTQ+ ally mentees through career guidance and direction by sharing mentor/mentee experiences, developing goals and forging exceptional mentoring relationships beyond the program’s duration.
