Plan, organize, control and direct District technology services and activities; coordinate, develop, install and maintain a variety of software and information systems and applications for various departments. Provide technology integration support and policy recommendations for administration, teachers and students; serve as a technical resource and coordinate technical support for District personnel; train and supervise the performance of assigned personnel.

In collaboration with senior managers, develop and implement products and services designed to advance company mission. Manage service teams supporting 99 branch offices. Develop and managed technical operations and project budgets. Troubleshoot high-level technology issues. Source / evaluate vendors and negotiate agreements. Design and develop operational projects, working with business and engineering groups to address needs and resolve problems. Directly manage 10 coordinators and all vendors.
