An executive and visionary, often involved in roles where turn-around of organization or business is required. I consider myself fortunate to have had such rich, meaningful, and diverse experiences throughout my life. Since migrating to the US at the age of 10 and shortly starting to work shortly thereafter; constantly facings trials and tribulations that pushed my limits allowed me to develop work ethic, accountability, and leadership skills that build culture and morale. The experiences outlined below give me an incredible perspective, ability to see through the clutter, and courage to persevere through challenges.At a young age, I became a nationally acclaimed table tennis athlete. Not only did I have the privilege to represent the US at the highest levels, but I was also elected by peers to be in key leadership positions in Governance and Policy under the Olympic Umbrella for over 12 years. Simultaneous with my Sports and Governance endeavors, I returned home to an ailing regional furniture retail operation. After a complete restructuring of the business, renegotiating terms with all partners, I was able to turn the business around which ultimately became a successful regional operation, operating at industry-leading efficiencies. After national awards such as Retailer of the Year and 40 under 40, I exited this business to start a new and exciting venture of OnGo Energy. In just two short years, we were able to research, develop, and take to market the most efficient energy supplement in the world. The group is involved in all key aspects with regards to current and future Olympic Athletes as well as the governance of the greater US Olympic Committee. The AAC proactively nominates directors to the USOC Board, US Anti Doping Board, other key USOC Committees, and serves as a think-tank to athlete related issues.Members of the group are first elected onto the group by peers of their discipline.
