In my role, my key focus was to act as the bridge between the business operations and technology/digital teams while performing a cost-benefit analysis and value proposition plan. I was driven by business and gap analysis, adapting to changes in business regulations set by the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) and Essential Service Commission (ESC).End-to-end project management was a significant part of my responsibilities, and I used Agile (SCRUM Framework), Waterfall, or Hybrid Methodologies for business and process analysis.I engaged with a diverse range of stakeholders, facilitating workshops and conducting interviews to perform requirement analysis. This involved critically evaluating, identifying, and translating business needs into high-quality technical and business requirements. In various projects and workstreams, I prepared comprehensive and coherent User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) as needed.Additionally, I created project scope documentation, identifying dependencies, constraints, assumptions, and associated risks, and assisted in developing remediation plans for inconsistent or unclear business practices that could impact project success.For process improvement and data analysis, I conducted detailed root cause analysis, identifying process gaps, and employing conceptual skills to enhance processes. I also led the implementation of various processes using Business process mapping (BPM) and re-engineering (BPR). Through workshops and meetings, I defined as-is and to-be business processes using process modeling tools (ARIS and VISIO) and associated methodologies (BPMN). Moreover, I implemented internal controls on Business Processes from the perspective of detective, corrective, and protective measures.
