I graduated from Mangalayatan University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management in 2018, and since then I have gained more than six years of work experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked in different types of restaurants, from Mediterranean to Japanese Italian fusion, and I have learned to adapt to various cuisines, cultures, and preferences. I have also contributed to the successful reopening of Beach House, a renowned restaurant at Park Hyatt, where I worked as a Demi Chef de Partie for over a year. My core competencies include creativity, teamwork, and customer service, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality food and service to every guest.
