Experience in developing, implementing and managing a wide variety of processes related to Real Estate Owned (REO) properties.  I’ve acquired deep knowledge of Title rules, regulations and laws both for the State of Texas and nationally covering all 48 contiguous states plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  I also have experience as a National Relocation Equity/Closer directly assisting 100’s of Corporate Executives and their families in relocating around world.  This role comprehended all necessary relocation activities from managing the logistics of the sale of existing home to the purchase of new property, ensuring all paperwork (including title, mortgage, deed, etc) was complete, accurate and available. I also ensured that the executive client had access to all resources necessary to make a smooth transition.  I’m currently a Senior Post-Foreclosure Supervisor responsible for administrating a National Portfolio of 700+ properties and managing the relationship with multiple top-tier clients.  I am responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship including weekly briefing calls, operational performance updates, process improvements and contract negotiations.  I manage two evictions coordinators and collaborate with many others to improve processes and increase client satisfaction.
