I'm a driven entrepreneur and Chartered Accountant with a passion for technology and innovation. My journey started at the age of 16 when I began reading self-help books and exploring the world of money, wealth and investment. It became clear that becoming financially free required consistent efforts for a considerable period of time and the most effective path was to start my own venture.Coming from a middle-class background, I started my career in Risk Advisory with KPMG before moving on to a mid-sized valuation firm. There, I gained a deep understanding of startups and the world of investment, but I still felt a lack of autonomy and alignment with my ultimate vision.My search for autonomy led me to a company where I had a supportive owner who gave me the freedom to work and learn at an accelerated pace. While there, I learned the value of focusing on innovative businesses with little competition rather than on traditional lousy business.But I knew I couldn't delay my true calling forever. With a friend and an entrepreneur, We started our first startup while still working a 9-6 job. We worked tirelessly, feeding our startup like a newborn child every day after office hours and 14-16 hours on weekends. After working for a year, we launched the startup during the COVID, but we soon realized that the problem we were trying to solve required significant funding and a long-term vision from a dedicated tech founder.With no funds we pivoted the startup to a white-collar finance professional platform and worked hard to grow the business. I took it upon myself to learn coding to reduce our dependence on a tech founder. With a full-time job and a newly born startup to grow, it was a lot to handle, but hard work was the key to success.“If other people are putting in 40 hours a week and you’re putting in 100, then even if you’re doing the same thing …you will achieve in four months what it takes them a year to achieve.”After changing 6 full-time jobs and keeping a running, profitable startup for the past 2 years, We've grown our business by 10x.
