I love helping people succeed! Born and raised in Bangalore, dealing with diverse people and making friends from all walks of life comes to me naturally. Growing up, little did I know this exposure to diversity was going to be a game changer in my professional life. Fostering enduring connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds is inherent to my nature. Right after my first master’s, I started my professional career in the field of advertising and digital marketing. In between, I had the opportunity of being a project manager for a 100+ resource international team as well. Working in a range of companies, from bootstrapped startups to established MNCs, my calling and purpose got very clear with time. I love helping people solve problems and setting them up for success. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than personal growth while taking your team, clients and people closer to the top. People often ask me, “Why are you doing a second masters?”, “Do you want to switch careers and ride the wave?”In short, Am I riding the wave? NO. The answer is simple. After working for 4.5 years, I identified a technical skill gap within me. It increased the dependency on tech and product teams for simple internal tasks and thus delayed the delivery of solutions/strategies to the client. My second master's in business analytics aims at bridging exactly this. It gives me the technical skills to manage intermediate technical tasks and deliver faster solutions to clients. It significantly boosted my ability to effectively engage with the tech team, demonstrating confidence and clarity without feeling adrift. I’ll bend over backwards to help others' dreams come true, but I also understand the importance of standing your ground and holding your own.Bringing with me a blended combination of skills and expertise in digital marketing, account management and data analytics. I am poised to carve out a career path that seamlessly integrates these capabilities.
