Roles & Responsibilities • To sustain and enhance targeted gross revenue in Ahmedabad zone in DSL (broadband) category• To manage Channel Partner (FSE management, channel satisfaction, channel engagement)• To conduct activities for increasing product visibility• To work towards customer satisfaction (quicker complaint resolution, VoC documentation, FSE sensitization to avoid wrong commitment)Key Achievements• Thrice awarded by the CEO for the best performance in Gujarat circle (in terms of net acquisitions and high value acquisitions)• Consistently been the top channel manager (48% of total net adds in Ahmedabad zone), successfully managing a team of 40 people• Was honoured with my name engraved on Airtel’s Wall of Fame for being among the best channel managers• Worked on developing retail outlets as a completely new channel for broadband• Focused on hygiene issues- brought down churn (from 10% to 5.3%) and increased FSE productivity (from 9 to 13)• Focused on increasing ARPU (from 717 in Jan ’13 to 946 in September ‘13)• Smoothened the process from form filling to installation, and removed redundancies

Roles & Responsibilities • To work on the launch of new products under IT accessories segment • To conduct negotiations with internal as well as external customers (vendors, principal partners, dealers) • To conduct market surveys to determine the performance of existing Beetel products

Roles & Responsibilities • Designed power transformers upto 420kV, 400MVA rating for turnkey projects • Supervised a team of 30 workers and supervisors on proper implementation of design in the shop floor • Advised customers like L&T, Tata Power, Jindal Power, state utility boards, etc on design related issuesKey Learnings and Achievements• Chosen to be part of an elite group of engineers to work on the design and manufacture of HVDC (High Voltage dc) transformers in collaboration with Siemens, Nuremberg (Germany) • Led a team of 15 engineers in a project to convert the design drawings from the 2-D AUTOCAD platform to the more versatile 3-D UNIGRAPHICS platform
