Led technical discussions and seek design approvals/deviations during the development phase.- Led design reviews. Initiated, defined, and drove engineering change management activities resulting from customer requests or through PCO initiatives.

- Designed and developed cooling system components for DTNA ’07 program by initiating product design concepts through functional prototypes builds followed by design validation to compare test to simulation (CAE) results. Coordinated and resolved design related issues with customer and suppliers.- Performed Thermodynamic simulations (1-D Simulation, BISS) to right size the cooling system including cooling fan selection & its installation.

Worked hands-on to develop designs of HVAC modules. Implemented cost-effective solutions to technical, performance, quality and durability problems discovered during development and on an ongoing basis for the serial production.- Interfaced with suppliers and OEM customer for part definition, function and design standards followed by prototype builds for fitment as well as in-field cool down performance trials. Performed hand calculations for cooling load estimation and heat exchanger selection.

Handled multiple responsibilities in design, installation and commissioning of eddy current dynamometer and engine test systems for the OEM customers.- Developed new engine test equipments. Single handedly coordinated on-site installation and commissioning activities by implementing design alterations during vehicle launching program for Tata Motors. Interfaced with in-house production team for the design inputs and ensured technical integrity of the final products.- Assisted in the engine test setup & trials. Analyzed test results relative to the specifications towards the qualification of these test equipments.
