- Diagnosing a large variety of problems and taking responsibility for an issue with AWS, and Azure through to resolution.- Creating an AWS infra, Taking up the website to the internet by creating a Certificate, ELB, and Target group, and setting up the network related things as per the request of the customer.- Hands on experience of AWS services like EC2, IAM, S3, Route 53, System Manger.- Managing AWS accounts through Terraform. Managing infrastructure code through GitHub and maintaining the Jenkins pipeline. - Setting up automated scheduled patching through AWS patch manager and troubleshooting if it fails.

- Promptly working on incidents like Disk, CPU, and memory alerts.- Working on Service requests with limited access.- Working with a Senior engineer to resolve customer issues related to Linux, AWS, and Azure.
