Role: PLANNING IN CHARGE Responsibilities: -1.) Leading a team of seven to supervise activities of the planning cell, which caters to an asset class of 250 equipment and vehicles, and 500 employees.2.) Identifying technology innovations in the field of plant maintenance and operations, collaborating with partners to deploy Proof of Concept (POC) systems and preparing roadmap for full scale implementation 3.) Conducting safety awareness and risk mitigation program and workshops for increasing safety standards in the plant, effectively managing crisis situations and reducing incidents 4.) Budgetary planning in accordance with company targets for procurement activities workforce management. 5.) Identifying appropriate OEMs and negotiating single as well as multiyear rate contracts (RCs) with them. 6.) Proposing greenfield projects, which include procurement of new assets or revamping of existing processes, in front of management and demonstrating short and long term returns from the investments. Accomplishments: 1.) Have successfully finalized 14 rate contracts with multiple OEMs under my supervision. 2.) Implemented 3 POCs in the field of preventive maintenance, generation of automated production planning schedules and real time proactive monitoring using Internet of Things technology 3.) Got budgetary approval for deploying new machines in the workshops like tyre changer, hose crimping etc. 4.)Reduced consumption levels of various raw materials by 5% compared to previous period.

Role- SECTION IN CHARGE Responsibilities: -1.) Section in charge of MES (Mobile Equipment Section) II / OG & CBRS /BSL catering to 60 employees and 35 equipment. 2.) Optimized inventory holding levels and reducing cost overruns - Improved safety standards inside the plant and implement quality control processes and protocols for entire staff and vendors.3.) Conducted plant wise technical and productivity enhancement trainings. Accomplishments: - 1.) Created a positive working environment with an aware workforce, with an impetus on safe working practices, team spirit, behavior based safety procedures etc.; zero near miss cases, zero accidents were observed in my working tenure. 2.)Reduced usage units of consumables by implementing spilling prevention practices post plant wide audits; consumption of diesel, a critical raw material for steel manufacturing, was reduced by 10% from previous year, while maintaining similar production levels. 3.) Initiated cross-functional training of staff to broaden their technical acumen and empower them to monitor systems and address critical breakdowns within pre agreed SLAs. This helped in creating agile maintenance teams and overall reduction in breakdowns.

Role: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE -Responsibilities and Accomplishments: - 1.) Repair in charge of MES (Mobile Equipment Section) I/ OG & CBRS /BSL catering to 30 employees and 25 equipment . 2.) Planned and executed scheduled maintenance of various equipment including planning for spare parts to be consumed in maintenance and breakdown repairs.3.) Enforced Standard Operating Procedures for production and maintenance, and designed frameworks and systems to monitor adherence levels.3.) Categorizing faults under multiple sections and designing priority levels and escalation matrices for each.4.) Implemented concept of Quality Circle in various plant operations Accomplishments: - Adherence levels to SOPs increased by more than 20%5.) My section was awarded the safest section in the safety audit of 2016.

Help conceptualized, built, and scale LBP technology vertical, focusing on Advertisement, Weddings, Matchmaking and Content Production. Managed 16 full-time employees at 2 different office locations – Gurgaon & Bangalore. Led UI/UX designing and facilitating IT, operational set-up, developing sales and marketing campaigns, performing talent acquisition, and generating clients. Also launched an advertisement & marketing production house to facilitate digital marketing services for various brands.Key Achievements:• Conceptualized & Built Matchr, an AI-based matchmaking app for singles across India; Led end to end Product Development• Successfully built Thewedpost.com, a Technology focused platform helping couples to organize better weddings.• Collaborated & invested in building Huemn.ai, an AI-based platform facilitating photographers to manage their portfolios.• Successfully created and scaled-up multiple subsidiaries from scratch, resulting in year-on-year revenue growth of 30%.
