My role involves managing data from receiving custodian/prime broker files to meet daily deliverables by performing various types of reconciliation for multiple funds covering various asset classes on a single integrated platform to provide our client with cloud-based OMS,PMS, and reporting solutions.1. Perform trade, position, and cash reconciliation with custodians/prime brokers.2. Identify and ensure all discrepancies in the reconciliation reports are researched and resolved by coordinating with clients and custodians/prime brokers in a timely and accurate manner.3. Process and maintain records of journal entries for various types of income and expenses, management and performance fees, wire payments, distributions, and transfers etc.4. Work with various products including equities, options, FX, and futures.5. Apply and review the corporate actions book in the system and ensuring that the same is correctly reflected in the books.
