Collaborative research project between University College London, University of Manchester and the University of Cambridge on solving challenges in the graphene world specifically around the development of an innovative production method for large scale production of high quality functionalized graphene using the electrochemical production process. Project made possible by the valuable funding through the STFCbatteries, UK and NSERC - CREATE ME2 program.

I worked with various research groups on a spectrum of short term and long term projects mostly related to materials science and electrochemistry. I worked on piezoelectric nano-generator as a part of my flagship project for B.Tech students here, under the guidance of senior scientists from functional materials group (FMD).During 3rd year of my course I worked with Dr. R. Jagannathan's research group at CECRI on opto - impedance studies of cathode materials for Li - ion and Na - ion batteries. Opto - impedance is an novel technique developed by this research group in order to test the cathode materials under battery simulated conditions which gives a real time information about the cathode materials inside a battery without incorporating them into a real test battery.
