Graduated as a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering stream from Graphic Era University (Dehradun) in 2013.I am currently working as a Manager, Product Support at Zenoti, heading the Support and Technical Account Management operations for Global customers in the Salon space. Under this role, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring provisioning of top notch customer service for our Strategic as well as Enterprise customers.Previously, I’ve worked in numerous roles at different levels in the Product Support org at S&P Global (previously, S&P Capital IQ), over a tenure of more than 5 fulfilling years, and have also served as a regional lead for the larger Commercial organization consisting of multiple cross-functional teams, as an added responsibility alongside leading the Support operations for the Gurgaon team.Prior to being a part of S&P Global, I was employed with Basware Corporation (Chandigarh) with focus on various Basware Invoice Automation applications. My role at Basware comprised of providing support to the customers and help them to use Basware applications (available to them as Licensed as well as SaaS) effectively and efficiently. This job included investigating and troubleshooting issues related to application usage, database and error handling, ERP integration, etc.My objective is to excel in my professional career at an increased pace and to grab and fulfil the opportunities successfully. I have deep interest in sports and music.Strengths: Persistence, Adaptive Nature, Problem Handling and Solving ability, Empathy.
