• Driving an Executive level visibility Program to design and deploy a fully automated new Telus offering for SMB market with market potential of $2 Billion +, by integrating Collaboration (SaaS) with NaaS, MPaaS.
• Managing key customer deliveries from requirements, design, development to operations handoff.
• Delivering on priorities and roadmap defined based on revenue projections and customer demand, with help from Sales and Marketing team
• Managing enablement of Professional services team for service enhancements and helping driving key accounts

• Operational support and Maintenance of Private cloud infrastructure based on VMware and OpenStack
• Operational Excellence - Management and tracking of IT Service SLA’s and other KPI's to ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage internal Cloud solution with frontend based on PHP, Java script and Python (integrations), Apache as web server with MySQL DB and VMware, OpenStack as backend.
