Accountable for leading a cross functional project team of engineers engaged in NPI and delivering cloud hardware for Data Centers

Accountability for leading a project team of engineering professionals to execute business unit’s priorities and successfully delivering SSD products. Engage with the product development team from inception to high-volume manufacturing and deliver products to internal/external customers. Interface with original design manufacturers (ODMs/OEMs) regarding NPI and HVM build plans and schedules. Mentor NPI, HVM, global supply team members, and factory resources for timely execution and delivery of products. Establish project objectives and ensure goal alignment and engagement with project implementation efforts. Drive continuous process improvements.•Lead and manage SSD NPI/HVM programs throughout PLCs using the structured phase-gate process•Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and cost throughout the project lifecycle. •Effectively planned, managed, and communicated NPI build plan with the engineering management team, operations, and ODMs. Manage demand planning, factory, and supply chain resources and readiness.•Drive factory capability readiness and ensure stability to support product launch and smooth product transition from NPI to HVM and maintain sustainability. Address Cost, Quality events, and Availability gaps from inceptions to product EOL•Accountable for effective communication and management of risks and dependencies•Closely collaborated with key internal/external stakeholders, including Product design engineering, Manufacturing/process engineering, Planning, Operations, Commodity manager, and Finance team, to optimize cost, quality, and schedule through an understanding of supplier’s business models, processes, and margins. •Established, implemented & actively managed organizational Risk Management process.•Successfully impacted Time to Market and increased business revenue•Developed key indicators to track project status•Increased business acumen with Intel DOT assignment around Commodity Management.
