I hold an LLB from the University of Mauritius and the degrees LLM and LLD from the University of Pretoria. I am the project manager for the Master’s programme in Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa offered by the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, in partnership with 13 other universities across Africa.
