Direct relation with CEO's of major carriers.- Led a diverse, high-performing team of 120+ people in 6 countries. Direct reports include EVPs & SVPs.

- Full P&L ownership of Indonesia with an annual budget of USD XXX mn. - Restructured the company to create Lazada Logistics under the Group.

- As COO, I used to oversee Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Last Mile Delivery, Warehousing & Fulfillment Centers.- Scaled Fulfillment Centers from 1 facility (4k sqm) in 2014 to 10 facilities (100k+ sqm) in 2018.- Led the development a USD XX mn, state-of-the-art custom build-to-suit 77k sqm Fulfilment facility in Jakarta.
