Setup Community Banking virtual channel operations centre in India & Shared Services centres for HR in India and Philippines. Responsible for end to end operations across customer service and contact resolution which included - banking transactions, bill pay, fund transfer, claims settlement etc.While at Dell , I held various Senior Leadership roles including line of business leader for Consumer and XPS Enterprise Technical Support to North America across all channels . Am passionate about change & my work has positively impacted all critical moments in the customer journey across the domains I worked. I led the D&I initiative at scale at Wells Fargo EGS India. Made notable contributions in employee well-being and continue to mentor many of my colleagues.
