Responsible for the technical support and promotion of Grundfos Intelligent range of products catering for various applications in various segments PAN India currently.Introducing our new Intelligent and one stop smart solution to different stake holders such Key accounts, Potential accounts , Consultants/Design architects, OEMs/system builders, Contractors and end customers.Upscaling the sales of new products , find right applications and developing new accounts. Package sales and increasing the SoW with different accounts thereby addressing their challenges by providing smart solution with Grundfos Pumps/Pumping system.Ensure to bridge the gap & lapse between Grundfos and customers on technical perspectiveand aspects. Position new products and existing products for new applications in the market and to lias with new customers , freeze technical specifications favoring company and explore business with them.

Ensuring that all engineering work & commissioning job is carried out in accordance withspecifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractualrequirements. With due regards to safety, operability and maintainability Managing service complaints in commercial building segments across India. Providing technical support to the regional teams and wider distributor team. Responsible for the closure of complaints in time and maintaining good resolutiontime. Providing back end support on regular basis. Onsite support across India for key projects and key clients. Meeting Potential Buying clients across India and providing courtesy visits. Providing Onsite training as per the customer requirement Hands-on training of various systems at service center. Proper documentation of complaints , key projects and Report drafting Providing Failure analysis at site reports and final closure reports. Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful completion ofservice jobs.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES1. Hydro Pneumatic system – Concepts of Hydro Pneumatic System with Variable Frequencydrives, instrumentation and automation of the system along with pump basics.2. HVAC system – Concepts of Pumps for Primary , Secondary loop and condenser circuits forHVAC system along with the Variable Primary Flow system concept and Variable SecondaryPumping system.3. Dosing and Disinfection system - Concepts of dosing pumps, online pH dosing systems,disinfection products like Chlorine dioxide generator and online analyzers of the same.4. Communication & Automation – BMS support in HNS, HVAC Primary and secondaryPumping system feedbacks, concepts and integration of E-Pumps (Built-In drives) withModbus, Profinet, Ethernet and remote management.
