Onboarding clients and provide services related to various products –ICICI Direct, Home Loan, Money2india, Loan against Deposit & Insurance by coordinating with various product teams.To manage and grow portfolio of 150 High net worth individuals with total relationship size of around 20 million USD.Engage in client facing activities and ensure timely solutions to the client requirements.Studying various financial products and its relevance in customer portfolioOnboarding new clients under Premium segment accounts like PRO, PREMIA and Remittance PREMIA accounts and targeting for big value remittances.Coordination with ICICI branches in India for various client-servicing issuesDevelop and maintain professional understanding of customer base to assist in deepening current relationships.Analyze the financial needs of client in cognizance with their risk appetite and providing timely solutions to achieve their financial goals through Mutual Fund, Insurance and deposits.Providing guidance to existing and new clients to invest into different investment opportunities like mutual funds, FCNR and fixed deposits.Maintaining a regular communication with existing clients for any customer service requirements and new referral business.Monitoring the operations for correct accounting procedures, approving loan packages, and developing relationships with banking customers.Develop new leads to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, COI's and partnerships.Provide clients with demonstrations on various banking products, including but not limit to: online and mobile banking and ATMOnboarding new clients through client referral and business development activity.Ensuring delivery for actions in Account development plans are being tasked in advance.Regularly solicit feedback from clients and work with operations teams to continually improve the quality of the service provided.
