My biggest strength comes from my background as an entrepreneur who has started and successfully run a variety of businesses in many locations across the country and globe. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, I had rich experiences fostered by my family’s story of starting and running a string of companies in India, Botswana, South Africa and the United States. Plugging into this entrepreneurial background, I started my first business as a 17 year old high-school senior. Using my aptitude for computers I set up networks and installed medical software for hospitals and medical offices in and around Virginia Beach, VA. I then went on to start and sell a medical IT company, start and run a food exports company and am now on the board of an education company and the owner of a logistics company.Entrepreneurship has been my most effective teacher, and the experience and knowledge I have gained while seeking out and maximizing opportunities, wearing multiple hats (sometimes all at the same time), having to think on my feet and adapt to constant changes are the same skill set that allows me to be a successful agent in the fast paced, competitive Bay Area real estate market. What I bring to the table is a deep knowledge of the area and the various neighborhoods, an ability to hustle and be ahead of the competition gaining an advantage for my clients, expert negotiating skills and a commitment to putting my clients interest first. When I started my journey as a Realtor in the Fall of 2012 the real estate market was just recovering from the big housing market fall-out. I was a newcomer to the industry with no existing referral base and I was entering a market with limited inventory. This was a tough time for seasoned and successful agents let alone one just starting out. But I not just survived I thrived. In 2023, I was recognized by REALTrends as an "America's Best" real estate professional. Those ranked are among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the United States.
