TalentTigers is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing and offshore department of IonIdea headquarters located in Fairfax, VA.•Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions (IT, Non - IT, Federal & Pharma) including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.•Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.•Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.•Develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.•Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.•Coordinate candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks.•Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance process.•Well versed in Tax terms W2, Corp to Corp (C2C) and 1099.•Well versed in H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, OPT, CPT and TN visas.•Proficient Working with US Citizens, Green card holders (GC) and EAD's.•Maintained applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.•Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and other recruiters, to achieve recruitment goals.•Provided regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and quality of hire.•Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
