Technology fascinates me and I have the curiosity coupled with the skills to pick up new technologies quickly. As an engineer this meant that I could come up to speed on new technologies and implement solutions with that technology quickly. Additionally, I have the ability to quickly breakdown a problem and come up with approaches to solve them and keep moving.As an engineering leader, I've taken my technical knowledge and applied it with the necessary architectural skills to create elegant solutions to complicated problems. I have the mentoring/teaching skills to be able to manage a large team with disparate skill levels and responsibilities.There is one theme that has been consistent throughout my entire career and that is fact that I get to be very good at a particular technology (or methodology) in each company that I've worked at and am looked at as an expert to resolve any issue, at any level.Lastly, I'm the problem solver that can handle technical, personnel or other issues at all levels of the organization. I have the communication skills to be able to manage a technical problem with an engineer, a sales/business issue with a client or anything else in between.
