It works as a Publisher/Subscriber engine for all these systems and shares data among them by having a common customer data base.ISAC-ELINK has respective interfaces for enterprise level integration. They help in synchronizing the customer information coming from different sources (BASL, CKM, CATS).ISAC is a middleware based on TUXEDO environment for integrating various applications of HP, accepting data from various clients called Publishers and delivering to appropriate destination i.e. Subscribers. It has Adaptors called inbound adaptors and outbound adaptors; coded in Pro*C, C++, Java which accepts data in the form of XML from Publishers and parse the XML and populate database with information present in XML.
