About Ashwini Patil

I am an expert in the computational analysis and visualization of large-scale biological data. I am currently working on the development of a comprehensive, high-quality cell type signature database called CellKb for the accurate annotation of cell types in single-cell and spatial RNA-seq datasets.Before becoming an entrepreneur, I spent 17 years in academia conducting research in the areas of single-cell data analysis, intrinsically disordered proteins, molecular interaction networks, protein structure analysis, protein structural modelling, protein function prediction and gene expression analysis.
